Program Overview
& Introduction
The Dominica Citizenship by Investment Programme is one of the Caribbean’s most established and internationally recognized second-citizenship routes. Administered by the official Citizenship by Investment Unit, the programme provides qualifying investors with a clear legal framework, two approved investment pathways, and the opportunity to include eligible family members in a single application.
It is particularly well suited to individuals and families seeking a government-regulated citizenship solution with a contribution option starting from USD 200,000 and no ongoing residency requirement.
For globally mobile investors, the programme combines a competitive entry point with long-term citizenship rights, a structured application process, and rigorous due diligence. Applications are submitted exclusively through Authorized Agents, ensuring compliance with the programme’s official procedures and regulatory standards.
