Program Overview
& Introduction
The St. Lucia Citizenship by Investment Programme is one of the Caribbean’s most flexible citizenship by investment programmes, offering multiple government-approved investment options within a transparent and well-regulated legal framework.
Administered by the official Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU), the programme provides four qualifying investment pathways: a contribution to the National Economic Fund (NEF), an investment in National Action Government Bonds (NAB), the purchase of approved real estate, or participation in an approved enterprise project.
Designed to accommodate a wide range of investor objectives, the programme enables applicants to select an investment route that best aligns with their financial strategy while benefiting from a structured application process, comprehensive due diligence, and clearly defined eligibility requirements. With flexible investment options, family inclusion provisions, and an emphasis on regulatory compliance, St. Lucia continues to be one of the Caribbean’s leading citizenship by investment destinations.
